Standard Delivery

 

We aim to dispatch your items within 2 working days. Parcels will be sent 1st class so they should be with you within 3-5 working days unless stated otherwise. If your items are going to an international address, postage will take a little longer. If your purchase is out of stock, we will contact about the delay.

 

Customs and Import Duties

 

If you live outside the EU you may have to pay local import duty on an item when it arrives in your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and therefore cannot advise on what these might be.

Postage and packaging costs are not refunded unless the item returned is faulty. However, if you exchange any item no additional postage and packaging will be charged.

When returning an item please make sure that the return slip is enclosed so we can process your exchange/ refund efficiently.
